There may be special terms for first orders, orders above catalog quantities, direct imports, or non-inventory items. Visa & MasterCard are accepted for pre-payments at time of orders with no additional charges. A 3% service charge will apply to credit card payments received on any outstanding invoices after goods have shipped. Credit applications require a minimum of two weeks for processing.

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year after purchase. Third party decorating voids all warranties.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED ON ALL RETURNS. All returns and claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Credits in lieu of replacement will be issued on all returns.

All purchase orders are considered firm and can not be cancelled without factory authorization. Any cancellations must be prior to printing and production. Costs incurred on art and screens will be billed plus a 10% re-stocking fee.

Changes may delay the original ship date and result in additional art charges, screen charges, or re-stocking fees if the order has already been pulled for printing. If production has started, changes can not be accepted.

Any damage to a shipment must be reported to the carrier and Southern Plus immediately upon receipt. Distributor accepts all responsibility for scheduling, insuring, and tracking shipments arranged made by a 3rd party carrier.

Blank Goods sold at EQP in case quantities only. If cases are broken for blank goods pricing reverts back to column pricing. Blanks shipped the same day if P.O. received 1 p.m. EST.
Imprinted Goods: Absolute Minimum is 1/2 of the first column quantity with a $62.50(v) less than minimum charge.

PHONE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN ANY SITUATION. All purchase order must be in writing. We will not be responsible for mistakes made on handwritten orders.

Artwork and Order Acknowledgement is faxed with all new and repeat orders and MUST BE SIGNED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO PRODUCTION.

Re-orders must include date, previous and new purchase order numbers, and invoice number of the previous order along with a copy of artwork. We will not be responsible for mistakes due to incomplete information. After artwork and order acknowledgement is faxed and then signed and faxed back, no further changes will be accepted.

The first paper proof is FREE! Additional proofs will be billed at $12.50¬ (v). All proofs must be signed and returned for production time to begin. Orders will be produced EXACTLY as stated on the approval form. We do not accept responsibility for errors that were approved on the approval form.

A $25.00 (V) charge per color will apply for specific PMS color match. A PMS match will be within 1 or 2 shades of the color as shown in the PMS book, but we cannot guarantee an exact match due to the differences in surface textures and colors.

Unless specified on the purchase order Southern Plus will determine the appropriate size and placement of your artwork.

Samples can be purchased at End Quantity Pricing less 25%, plus freight. Limit three per item per year. Blank samples can be returned within thirty days of invoice date for a full credit excluding freight.

Spec samples & self promotion products can be purchased at End Quantity Pricing less 25% on the product, screen, and run charges. Normal freight charges still apply. Please allow standard lead time for processing. Maximum third column quantities on self promotions. All self promotion artwork must include distributor name and/or logo.

Pre-production samples are $15.00 (v) plus the normal  product, screen, run and freight charges.  Please add 5 days to the total production time if a pre-pro is requested.

Best way unless otherwise stated. If you or your customers aren’t able to accept truck shipments it must be stated on your purchase order. Any surcharges for address corrections, residential delivery, etc… will be billed to the distributor.

Hard Copy Artwork must be supplied by customer in black & white, color separated, camera ready artwork to size. Artwork that need touch up or re-drawing will be billed $25.00 (p) per half hour. Faxed artwork is not acceptable. E-mailed artwork must be supplied in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS) or Photoshop Format (.PSD). JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, or halftones will not be accepted for artwork.
