Southern Plus is committed to conducting its business affairs in a socially responsible and ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable national and local legal requirements. As part of this commitment, we do independent social compliance audits of our manufacturers. These reports are available upon request.

Following list outlines our required standards:
 
  • Child Labor - the use of child labor as established by local laws is strictly prohibited.

  • Forced Labor - forced labor of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  • Harassment or Abuse - any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse is prohibited.

  • Safe Work Environment - must meet all local regulations in respect to work place safety including fire safety, electrical, machinery, and chemicals.

  • Wages and Benefits - all employees must be paid minimum wage and receive all benefits as set by local laws.

  • Hours of Work - employees must not work more than the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law.

  • Overtime Compensation - employees must be compensated for overtime hours as required by local laws.
